Do you need support?
We envision a just and equitable world, but as an organization we are still learning how to achieve this. As we strive for a fair, inclusive future, we try to uplift and center voices which have been historically marginalized. We know we still have a long way to go.
In 2020, ReVision Energy Co-Owners formed Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) to recognize the intersectional relationship between environmentalism and social justice, and to highlight the work that needs to be done in the clean energy industry and beyond. We use JEDI to amplify the voices of underrepresented groups to educate and lead, both within ReVision Energy and with our customers and communities. Under the values of ReVision Energy, JEDI members will actively promote and participate in an inclusive mindset to ensure a more equitable future.
We are also set on creating space in our community and industry for those historically excluded or silenced, in all our endeavors including community outreach, hiring and talent development, and growing our business with a focus on building access to solar for all.
Co-Owner Resource Groups (CORGs) provide a collaborative space for employees who share common interests, backgrounds, or goals to connect and build community. These groups are dedicated to supporting personal and professional growth, fostering an inclusive culture, and creating a sense of belonging within our community.
CORGs bring together employees across various teams and departments to connect over shared experiences, interests, or identities. Each group is led by passionate co-owners who plan activities, discussions, and events to engage members and educate our broader community. CORGs promote networking, mentorship, and professional development while advocating for company-wide initiatives that reinforce inclusivity and community support.
Vision To foster an environment where all co-owners that identify as female or nonbinary feel supported and empowered to reach their full potential.
Mission To create a safe space for those who identify as women or nonbinary to learn, connect, and find ways to address gender inequalities within ReVision.
QueeRE focuses on supporting and connecting co-owners who identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, along with friends and allies. QueeRE offers an opportunity to connect around shared experiences, learn about resources, build community, and find ways to make ReVision Energy a company that is as welcoming and supportive as possible to the queer community. ALL are welcome!
Vision REVAMP upholds the mission statement and values of ReVision Energy, as well as striving to provide a respectful, grateful, attentive and informative atmosphere for ReVision veterans, their families, and friends in order to attract and retain more members of the military community into ReVision’s workforce.
Mission REVAMP will provide a respectful and comfortable environment to empower members of the military community to succeed in the workplace.
SAGES is a CORG for older co-owners who consider themselves mid- to late-career (and friends!) This CORG offers an opportunity for co-owners engaged in the particular experiences that are often unique to this season of life (eg, caregiving for parents, retirement planning, etc.) to build community, share resources, and connect around shared experiences.
RE Parents involves parents of all ages coming together to support each other and create programming for the wider ReVision community.
