With a lifelong commitment to equity, wellness, and community, Katie serves as ReVision Energy’s Director of People & Culture, where she leads the company’s human resources team and guides organizational culture. She partners with leadership to align people strategy with ReVision’s mission, while embedding principles of justice, equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (JEDI+B) into every stage of the employee experience.
Prior to her current role, Katie served as ReVision’s Director of JEDI+B, where she developed and scaled equity-centered initiatives, training programs, and Co-Owner Resource Groups across the organization. Her career spans more than 15 years in leadership, program design, and organizational development, including roles in education, wellness, and nonprofit sectors, as well as directing the Implicit Bias Project at the Mindbridge Center.
Katie is also a certified yoga and meditation instructor, writer, and facilitator who holds certifications in restorative practices, racial justice facilitation, and leadership development. She weaves mindfulness, compassion, and humor into her leadership philosophy, helping to create environments of belonging, resilience, and growth. When she’s not partnering with ReVision co-owners to strengthen culture and engagement, you can find Katie being silly and making memories with her husband, Charlie, and their two pups, 10 chickens, and five fantastically funny children.
