We have recently had a 14 kW solar PV system installed with two heat pumps and a heat pump water tank. The installation of the PV and the heat pumps went completely as planned and the Revision team members were so professional and friendly! They explained everything as they worked and answered our questions thoroughly. They clearly love their jobs and take great pride in doing their jobs precisely. We highly recommend Revision and can say with confidence that new customers will be completely satisfied with the work they do. Our neighbors are so impressed, several have asked for estimates for their homes! We couldn't be happier ! Bye bye fossil fuels!!

We loved working with ReVision Energy. They installed an 18-panel solar display on the roof of our house, and it looks great. They also installed a heat pump in our living room. (The heat pump was put in the day before a major heat wave hit and the difference in our house with the heat pump was incredible!) Both installations teams (the solar team and the thermal team) were professional, respectful, efficient and friendly. They were sweet with my kids and talked to them about what they were doing. The thermal team did a great job installing the unit and they tucked it into the side of our house - it's barely visible as you can see from the photos. The office staff was also prompt in their replies and really helpful. In general, we really enjoyed working with the entire team - I can't recommend ReVision enough!

Revision installed my 16-panel rooftop solar array last month, quickly (it took 1 day) and well ahead of schedule (install scheduled for July, happened in late May). From the start it was 100% information and 0% pressure. All of the staff (office, project design, installation) were courteous and professional and answered any questions I had in full and quickly, no matter how "novice" the questions were. Can't say enough good things about them.

Very pleased with ReVision! They finished way ahead of schedule (my install was not supposed to happen until late July early August but they had it completed in early May.) I now am producing solar energy! The installation crew was a joy to work with. What a great company!

When our solar water tank became faulty, we contacted Revision Energy and they were able to replace our tank within one week. The service was excellent; Dan Leonard and his team were very thorough during the process and he kept me in the loop during the installation as well as explaining all my options prior to replacement. I've had a few questions about the tank since it was installed and Dan has been immediately responsive and helpful. Their genuine and hopeful attitudes toward the greater impact of solar energy shows in their work and service. Thank you!

Using ReVision for my heat pump installation was a great choice. They were so helpful, organized, and professional all along the way. One of the crew even screwed in a few loose boards on my deck while they were waiting for the unit to flush! I've got my eye on solar panels next....

This was my second installation by ReVision, after solar panels and one heat pump three years ago. This time, another heat pump for the upstairs and a heat pump hot water heater. I was again impressed by the crew, amazing they got it all done in 8 hours, all the installation, plumbing, wiring, and now the house is almost off natural gas, and the electricity for the house and EV is basically free given the solar panels.

When we considered installing solar panels ReVision Energy came to mind due to numerous installations in our area. Our initial meeting with them was extremely useful in helping us make up our minds. Having decided to move forward with the project Zach (their representative) came out to make the necessary calculations so as to provide us with a quote covering the cost and extent of what was required. Their team of installers was very efficient both in terms of the speed of their work and the explanation of how the actual components worked. The system functions just as we expected (based on what they told us). In sum, we are very pleased we chose ReVision Energy and would recommend them to anyone interested in "going solar".

It is one thing to want to do more for our environment but it is quite another to find a company that gives you the confidence to make the financial investment. ReVision installed our solar panels back in 2019 and our heat pumps this past winter. It felt right from the beginning. I had several equal quotes for solar installation but chose ReVision because of their personal involvement during the quote process. ReVision exceeded my expectations: from the design, installation and communication throughout the process. I chose ReVision for my mini-split system with the same results. This decision to go solar for our home was easy and we were a little nervous about the entire process. We started out with a larger solar company and got nowhere, so we reached out to Revision and it was smooth sailing from there. They made the entire process super simple and helped us better understand how solar would work for our house. The paperwork process was a breeze and the install crew was awesome. We just had ReVision finish installing an expansion of our solar array in February 2022. Another flawless, fantastic experience! (They designed and installed our original system in March 2019.) Super professional technicians and customer service from those in the office. Great communication every step of the way. Always on time. Everything explained and answered. Neat and clean installation. Every appliance in our home is electric except our kitchen range and we charge our electric car in the garage. We haven't paid a cent to the utility company on our electric bill since March 2020 and we want to keep it that way. We heat with a combination of a Mitsubishi electric heat pump and a wood stove. We expanded our system so we can heat more of the time with the heat pump and still have a zero electric bill every month. Plus, if we ever in the future want to disconnect from the grid we'll have the capacity to do so. 110% satisfied!

After years of wrestling with a gasoline-powered generator to provide juice to the well pump, the refrigerator, freezer and a light or two, we reached out to ReVision for a solution to power outages that could be paired with our existing solar electric system. The project was not simple! A new electric car and the need to replace a fossil fuel heating system with a heat pump further complicated the overall design of the project and required an increase of the electric service to the house from the 100 amps installed when the house was built in 1983 to 200 amps. ReVision guided us through all the steps, which would take several months to accomplish, with the sort of clarity and creativity that easily earned our patience and respect. The Tesla Powerwall was installed, as the final piece of the puzzle, and it proved its worth in spades during the first post-installation outage. When we reached out to ReVision during that first outage to report that one of the important protected circuits--the well pump--did not appear to be powered by the Powerwall, an electrician was immediately dispatched to investigate and solve the problem. The problem was identified in minutes and the fix completed in less than an hour. The ReVision team is skilled, efficient, and friendly, and you can't go wrong working with these great people.

A big thanks to all the ReVision Energy Staff who made the design and installation of our Mitsubishi heat pump system a successful one! From start to finish, we felt that everyone worked to try to blend our aesthetic concerns, with great functionality, in a house with challenging structural elements. The Customer Service and Scheduling Departments were easily accessible and we felt that our inquiries and requests were treated with honest concern and competence. All in all, it has been a pleasure to partner with the people of this exceptional company who, in a cooperative spirit, demonstrated such a high degree of integrity.

Every employee from ReVision Energy that we have met has been polite, knowledgeable and hard-working. The whole experience - from the estimate to the installation has been easy and exciting. We have a mini-split system that's been working for a couple of months now and they have just finished the solar panel installation. For the mini-split, we got estimates from three different companies but decided on ReVision so that we could go with the solar as well. So glad we did that! Can't wait for the electric company to replace our meter so we can turn this thing on!

From the very beginning of my interaction with Revision, the quality of service was excellent and very professional. It is clear that the employees care deeply about the work that they do and company they work for, which is very important to me. We installed a split and a new heat pump water heater. It is too early to tell what this will do to our energy expenses and I am thrilled to be taking some pressure off of our oil burner. Installation was sooner than expected and went without a glitch. My house is warmer and I have more than ample hot water. The one place I would ask for more attention is clearer instruction on how to maximize the benefit of the new equipment. One of the newer employees was assigned to explain to me how to use the remote for the split, he was not informed enough to provide meaningful instruction. I gave this feedback to his supervisor who provided me with his cell phone number and encouraged me to reach out to him for more information in the near future, a response I was more than satisfied with.

Professional sales people and crew. Care about what their work looks like and every member of the crew can explain the technology. In and out in three days despite snowfall and ice.

ReVision's Team were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Converting our 1880's 2 family to solar and electric from gas was a bit challenging but ReVision's team worked with us to figure out the systems, options, costs, etc. They followed through every step of the way, are always available for questions. Not only were they in touch via phone and email every step of the way, but they handled all aspects of the project, including permits and inspections, to make the process as painless as could be. (Except for the cost, which may have been higher than other vendors, but seems well worth it for the peace of mind that resulted.) Overall, a pleasure to deal with.

The Revision Energy crew have been to our house twice. The first time to install 19 panels and the second to install 14 more. In both instances, they were able to to find holes in their schedule that allowed them to install the panels sooner than planned. Very welcome indeed, though of course your milage may vary. The installations were professional, clean and have provided power at the rate that we were told would be available. Nice to see tech that delivers. Go solar if you can.

Revision Energy installed a 8 kw system on the roof of my garage in Franconia along with two mitsubishi high efficiency mini split heat pumps. The installation is still pretty new but up until December, the solar panels have been providing a surplus of electricity even with the heat pumps. As expected, December has been a low production month and the heat pumps heat the house better than my old furnace. I am very impressed with the installation work by Revision and its owner employees from the original quote and design to the modifications to my electric service to the actual installation of the panels and heat pumps. Everything seems to be working great and for you techies, I found a neat IR and WIFI thermostat so that I can control the heat pumps while away and it will allow setting the heat pumps between 50 an 61 degrees which the manufacturers control units do not allow. Great job by Revision.

Having our heat pumps installed by ReVision Energy was a dream come true. We're stoked to have super efficient modern technology to heat and cool our home. No more back breaking window AC units. The crew was very professional, courteous and kept the work space tidy. They also installed a new electrical circuit so we could replace the propane stove with an induction range. Goodbye fossil fuels! 10 months later: Our solar array is up! The ReVision crew and office staff did a phenomenal job as usual, keeping us informed every step of the way. Now we have our own renewable energy source to power our all-electric home. We'll be calling ReVision again soon to install a charging station for our future EV and possibly a battery/Powerwall so we can eliminate the noisy generator.

The decision to go solar was easy, who to choose and trust with the project... not so easy.. We met with a few companies to get an overall understanding of what was needed and the process, and of course, the cost.. mainly the cost. all the experts we met with seemed very knowledgeable and gave a decent presentation and left us with a pretty clear vision of the project. We met with Eric from Revision and his presentation was so energetic and insightful. Did a little homework on reviews and learned a little bit about the small company making a huge impact, and everyone working for this team has an investment in it and great reviews. So we decided to give them a go. The consultations and inspections were quick and efficient, the team was always quick to answer any questions, sometimes even later in the evening, who doesn't love instant responses to questions. when it came time for the installation, it was very quick, I got a larger system so it took about a week. the entire crew was great, polite and respectful to both ourselves and our property. we got status updates daily how the project is coming along and the next days steps planned. Everything went as planned and we had a very smooth process! when they finished the anticipation now was waiting for that stupid 2-way meter to be installed. Starting up the system once the meter was installed was literally as easy as flipping the switch, the mobile APP makes it easy to monitor, and the system has been working great. I have had a few questions since installation, and the team is still a quick response away. The customer service side of this team has been very nice to work with, I'm always talking to the same people, before and after the installation. This has been an overall great experience. My only issue really, is the bright silver pipe of wires going across my black roof to get to the other side of the house, if this could have been better disguised I would definitely be more visually pleased.

We did a lot of research on solar companies before deciding on ReVision. It was important to my husband and I that we use a local company, and we were also impressed by the fact that this company is employee owned. We had our solar panels installed in June, and we are very happy with them. The installation crew was professional and did a fantastic job. Everyone at ReVision was great to work with at every stage of the project, from getting the quote to the installation, and afterwards setting up the city's inspector as well as Eversource to check the project, as well as letting us know about all of the paperwork needed for the various rebates and such. We had our solar panels and power wall installed by ReVision in June and LOVE it! The installation was very professionally done and everything works great!! We highly recommend getting solar, and using ReVisions very knowledgable team of installers! We are in the process of purchasing an EV and will now use our system to charge our vehicle. The work was done quickly and with minimum disruption for us. To date, all of our questions have been answered promptly and in a way that we can understand. Now we are enjoying power for only CMP connection fees and the comfort of battery back up in case of CMP outage. Glad we did it!

Revision installed my original 9.455 system three years ago. The system and the service has been outstanding. I just had them add an additional 6.8 ground mount to bring us well over net zero. Could not highly recommend them more!

From start to finish this has been a great company to work with. We initially sought them out for solar panels, but after inspecting our home we were given solid advice that while panels would be useful, that a wiser way to go would be in a direction to decrease our dependence on propane (which is everything for us). After presenting a thorough custom plan and going over some options they installed new heat pumps for climate control and a high efficiency electric water heater. The work was fast and looks clean and professional. All stages of the process every member we met was friendly, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They seem genuinely interested in saving you money and making a positive impact on both your bills and the environment. We are going to give our new systems a year or so to see the load difference, then likely revisiting them for panels.

I've worked with many contractors over the years, and I found the performance of the Revision Team to be flawless - from sales/marketing to finance/administration, project management, and installation of a 21 panel array and 2 Tesla Powerwalls. The people on the team were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very competent. All work was done on time and on budget. I was kept informed and in the loop every step of the way, and the paperwork aspect of the project which can be daunting (financing, permitting, dealing with National Grid, etc.), was handled very efficiently. I could not be happier with the project.

I had a very good experience with Revision. I added a 5.9 KW system to a pre-existing Tesla. I picked Revision over Tesla. The big reason was that I wanted to work with human beings and I felt it like that with Revision team. The installation and interconnection with our system went smooth. I have asked one of our close family friend to go to revision for the solar panels.

I enjoyed my ReVision experience in general. They were easy to work with and responsive. I was very happy with the onboarding process and customer service. I dinged the experience one star for a couple of things though I recognize some may be out of their control: - There was a few weeks of delay between installing the frame and the panels themselves. The panels were delayed, I am sure the global supply chain/shipping issues contributed but nonetheless I lost a few valuable weeks here where we have a shorter season. - There was another delay later in the project with the electrician and getting approval. There was a change that needed to be done and then a re-inspection so I also lost some time there. I also didn't get any notice when the utility came out to replace the meter luckily someone was around but I don't think this is within their control. I blame this on the utility. Overall I would recommend ReVision - they were a friendly locally run team and I'm looking forward to the operation of the array.

Had a service call from Jonathan to replace a defective inverter. It was under warranty from the manufacturer, and Jonathan took a great deal of time to install it properly, check its operation, and he helped me install apps on my phone to monitor it remotely. He was very pleasant and professional, right to the end of an unexpectedly long visit. Best service anyone could ask for!

The Revision Energy team work really well together, from Jen who came out to do the quote on our solar panels and HVAC mini-splits, to the installation teams, to Megan in the office. All our questions were answered and the work was done efficiently and professionally. The team worked extra hard to install the system while maintaining the look of our new post and beam barn. Megan handled all the paperwork and helped us file everything we needed to qualify for the state rebates.

I am delighted with the way ReVision Energy installed four Mini Splits at my home in New Hampshire. They acted professionally and kept me informed at every step in the process. I ended up not going with a solar installation because we didn't plan to be at the house long enough to make it worth it. Only good things to say about our experience with Revision Energy. Working with the sales rep designing our system was a challenge, not because of him but due to our roof configuration, with patience on all sides producing a very workable system. Installation was a whole month (!) earlier than initially planned and went quickly and smoothly - a great installation crew! Help from the office with paperwork was solid (and welcomed!). System has been on-line for a week now and by all measures is functioning as per design. We could not be more pleased.

Revision just completed a second project for us – installation of a heat pump for heating and cooling. The first project was a solar system on our garage roof in 2016. We have been thrilled with our solar system, and we are looking forward to air conditioning in the summer as well as an energy efficient source of quick heat in the winter. With both projects, it was clear that ReVision places a much higher priority on doing the job right and satisfying their customers than on how much time it takes to do it. The installation crew was great and worked so well with us on some issues that came up during the heat pump installation. I also really appreciated the excellent administrative support. They took care of all the permits, handled the rebates, and kept on top of everything. I even liked the salespeople, which is something that I hardly ever say. I recommend the company very highly.

Revision finished the installation of a 9.2kW system with two Tesla Powerwall batteries yesterday and I couldn't be more happy. Everyone was neat and friendly with the project manager, Ryan, keeping us well informed at each step of the project. The uncooperative February weather delayed the project a bit and forced the guys to clean the snow from the roof before they could get started, but they persevered. The results are aesthetically beautiful with Ryan's attention to detail proving that the folks at Revision care about a quality job. And I am thrilled to see that we can generate 6 kW on a sunny February day. Things should be really good when we get to the summer. I will recommend Revision Energy to anyone who asks. Great work!

These guys are amazing. So well organized all the way from quote to completion of project. I work on projects in my day-to-day life and if every one of them was run as well as my solar install on my house, life would be a lot easier. This July, 2020, Revision Energy installed solar panels and a heat pump in my house in Portland, ME. Every part of this experience was effortless and efficient. Communication was swift and consistent, the company took care of all the paperwork involved in linking to the grid, and set up rebates etc. The installation itself was smooth with a friendly crew, that got the work done quickly and clean up was perfect! I could track my electricity production almost immediately and I now have a consistently nominal electric bill monthly($13.) Thanks Revision!

From beginning to end, our experience with ReVision Energy was a pleasure. In accordance with Covid-19 protocols, the initial "site visit" was virtual, using photos we provided. Based on that, and subsequent conversations and emails, they tailored a proposal suited to our needs, incorporating a heat pump and ground-mounted solar panels. They told us what to expect at each step of the way, including a timeline and the name of the individual responsible for each phase. The contracts clearly spelled out the terms, and when a modification was necessary (a required upgrade to CMP equipment), it was handled efficiently and promptly. Because of the ground-mount, they dug a trench all the way from the array to the house in which to bury the pipe holding the wires. As they were digging, the uncovered rocks which we asked them to save for us. They neatly piled them to one side. They then filled in the trench, smoothed it over, and carefully covered it with a straw mat to prevent erosion and secured it to the ground so it would last the winter. We call it the "yellow brick road" as it looks like a path meandering gracefully back to the solar panels. Individual crew members were pleasant to work with, observant of pandemic protocols, patient in answering our questions, and professional in doing their jobs. Clearly they took their responsibilities seriously. As owners of ReVision, they took the initiative, both in spotting potential problems before they arose, and in addressing inevitable issues that come up in any project this size. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with ReVision Energy on our solar project.

ReVision Energy installed 46 solar panels on our roof a few years ago. They worked beautifully. This September, we had our first heat pump installed. The heat is very even and remains very stable. The technicians are terrific. They helped us understand everything about the panel's electrical system, and how to operate and care for the heat pump. For the heat pump installation, they did a virtual tour of the building. When they installed it, they talked with us about Covid-19, and how the installation would go so that they stayed compliant with all state regulations. Any time I have called for clarification or help with something, they answer in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them and their products. Efficiency Maine offers rebates on the products, and ReVision assists in getting all the paperwork in order. We hope to do another heat pump soon. One of our goals as we move into retirement was to spend money on things that will assist with reducing global warming.

We had ReVision install solar panels and a heat-pump water heater at our house this year. From the initial contact and planning stage to the install (all this during the pandemic), everything was handled in a clear and professional way. The communication was excellent throughout the process and all questions were answered quickly and carefully. The install is a marvel to watch, very neat and efficient -- they know how to do so well. I got two quotes that were pretty similarly priced, both had solid references. So it was basically the subjective feeling from the care put into explaining everything so clearly and the ease and rapid response from everyone at the company that tipped going with ReVision. Everything is working well, and it is great to be reducing our carbon footprint. I'm glad we went with ReVision and I recommend them with no reservation.

We first met with ReVision two and a half years ago, worked with them to develop a plan for our home, and later waited until we could afford to do it, and got an updated proposal which we agreed to. All the options were clearly explained, and when it came time to install on the 1st of February 2016 everything went smoothly both on the roof and in the cellar, with full installation in a day and a half. Our monthly bill has been low most of the year, and no operating problems. We also worked with ReVision to install a solar farm in Damariscotta, which is now up and running successfully in 2017. I highly recommend this company and its people.

About 9 months ago we decided to add solar power to our 230 year old house and asked Revision Energy to consult. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and were a pleasure to work with during the evaluation and implementation of our solar array of 29 panels. We already had a propane generator therefore no batteries. The system has functioned as planned andirons has been fun to check throughout the day how much electricity we are making while we're at work or relaxing. Almost 8 mwh so far.

We had thought it would be the stick-on method, but they explained that Revision isn't using that anymore. To be honest we are relieved to hear we didn't get that version, as we wondered how the stickiness could hold up and I think this actually looks better. This system will work great at foiling all of our furry/feathered friend squatters for a long time. The biggest question is how does Revision get nothing but the nicest people on their teams? Really - it is always such a pleasure working with you and your co-owners. I always wish I could have them back to work on other projects we may have in the future. They are just so enthusiastic and nice to have in/on our home.

Revision Energy is the complete package! We recently completed installation of a solar array system on our roof, paired with a Tesla battery, and couldn't have been happier with the entire process. Everyone we worked with - Haley up front, then Erin to manage the permitting and installation process, Tiffani for all the back-end work with the utilities (and payment, of course) and finally the on-site crew of electricians and installers - too many to name - was terrific. I would note two matters in particular - when covid slowed down Tesla's manufacturing and delivery schedule and pushed our installation into a different year, with potentially a lesser tax credit, Revision immediately and without my even asking promised to make us whole financially with a rebate - though thanks to an extension of the prior credit by our now-solar-friendly administration in Washington, they ultimately didn't need to. And, we have several electrical panels distributed around the house that created a wiring challenge or two, but the electricians just stepped up and figured it out! Plus they "neatened up" a bunch of stuff at the service entrance. We can't recommend Revision Energy more highly. When you are ready to join the solar revolution, you won't go wrong picking this team to work with. They all own the company, after all, so they are incentivized to do a great job!

From start to finish we had a positive experience with ReVision Energy for the installation of our solar panels in fall 2020. We had reached out to three solar installers for site visits and quotes: ReVision, InSource Renewables (who are now part of ReVision), and a forgettable third who came for a site visit but never responded to follow-up inquiries. In the end we chose ReVision for the quality of the equipment (REC panels and string inverter vs. micoinverters) and from our experience that confirmed the wealth of other positive reviews you can find on ReVision. Installation of our roof-filling system only took a day. High praise goes to Ben who stayed on site for over an hour after finishing so that I could get home and get a great walk through of the system where he answered *all* of my questions (and I had a lot). Props to Branson for a sweet installation of the inverter - the wiring and layout are superbly clean. I echo what I read in many reviews: everyone I have interacted with has left me with a positive impression, even those whom I have only had e-mail exchanges about forms and payment. It's worth mentioning, too, that we are now on our third inverter. We had issues with the first and ReVision was very prompt about replacing it. Then they were alerted to a problem with the second and initiated another replacement. So far so good with #3! Using the SolarEdge app has been fun. I'm a data geek who likes to know just what impact this decision is having. It was thrilling to see the production of our first MWh a month and a half into owning the system. I even have my family getting in the "game" of guessing how much energy will be generated on a given day based on the weather. Speaking of the weather, a pleasant surprise has been the amount of energy generated on cloudy days. While it's a small fraction of what a gloriously unfettered sunny day generates, it's still usually a handful of kWh. On a closing note, we are now exploring the feasibility of adding a Tesla Powerwall to our system as an alternative to a gas generator especially since learning that it has the ability to draw energy from the panels during outages (so they won't be sitting useless up on the roof during outages).

Revision just completed a second project for us – installation of a heat pump for heating and cooling. The first project was a solar system on our garage roof in 2016. We have been thrilled with our solar system, and we are looking forward to air conditioning in the summer as well as an energy efficient source of quick heat in the winter. With both projects, it was clear that ReVision places a much higher priority on doing the job right and satisfying their customers than on how much time it takes to do it. The installation crew was great and worked so well with us on some issues that came up during the heat pump installation. I also really appreciated the excellent administrative support. They took care of all the permits, handled the rebates, and kept on top of everything. I even liked the salespeople, which is something that I hardly ever say. I recommend the company very highly.

Installation was conducted back in April 2020 just as the COVID panic was rearing its ugly head. Crew worked efficiently and job was completed in one day. Schedule was mutually agreed on so that failing asphalt roof could replaced with standing seam prior to installation. A real plus was that all permitting and interface with the power company was taken care as was tax related paperwork. They did it all. Now it's January and I'm enjoying electric heat in my workshop that was actually captured and banked last summer. Professional installation in every respect. Right down to being ready for code enforcement inspection. Highly recommended.

I am a retired construction executive, so when I decided to put solar on my house I did a fair amount of research on solar companies, and interviewed and got estimates from four. All four were good and the prices were all in the $32 to $34K range for the same system. I went with Revision Energy because their salesman was the most responsive and gave the most complete and detailed answers to my numerous questions. This indicated to me that this company was focused on customer service. The project went very well. I am a hard grader of construction companies, but Revisions Energy got an A. Clear communication, very responsive, took care of all permits and the paperwork with Eversource, showed up when they said they would, and did excellent work. The project manager, the solar installers, the electricians, and the business manager were all very good. Everyone followed Covid protocols. I had one minor problem with a section of the critter guard, and they came right out and fixed it. I feel very confident to highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Revision Energy was flawless from start to finish. They listened closely to what we wanted and designed a system that was absolutely perfect for our needs and looks amazing (we got the all black panels rather than the black/white ones you see everywhere which look super stealthy). The customer service has been impeccable and unlike many places which, once the job is done, you are no longer their problem, the folks at Revision Energy continue to show an interest in our satisfaction. We just celebrated our second month of ZERO electricity costs (well, $12, but that's the connection fee from CMP, so it will never be zero) which feels amazing. I have already recommended them to one person and would absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone who is interested in solar.

Everyone was straightforward from start to finish. Professional, courteous, and they had their act together you seldom see with companies these days. They were there to guide you and help you every step of the way. From scheduling installation, inspection, to signing and submitting paperwork to one's utility. Can't recommend Revision enough. We had a minor issue upon installation, and they were attentive and made sure the problem was resolved which it was.

From the initial evaluation by Revision Energy to the final walk-through following installation, I was very pleased with the personnel, both sales, installers and front-office. They communicated well, made sure we understood what was going to happen and when. The two crews were professional, respectful, and on-time, and the projects were completed in three days each, as expected. We are very happy with the solar panels, which are making electricity even now in February, and the heat pump, in the heating mode, works well. ReVision Energy was the only installer willing to work with me to minimize radio interference from their equipment (I am a ham radio operator). Their crew was courteous and competent, and the installation was neat and tidy. They also designed a more effective installation footprint compared with the initial plan.

I could not be happier with my solar array that ReVision Energy installed on my roof! Chris, the sales rep, did a fantastic job of educating us on residential solar, doing our initial site survey, giving us an accurate performance estimation, and answering close to 1 million questions that we had throughout the process leading up to install. The installation went super smooth and was completed in 2 days. I could not be happier with the speed and quality of the install. The city inspector didn't even bother scrutinizing the install because he knows that they consistently do high quality work. Everyone at ReVision Energy was friendly and pleasant to work with. I am also happy to support such a great company in general that is employee owned, does community outreach, and even helps to lobby for more favorable litigation around renewable energy laws. The only downside of our install was that we found out part way into the process that we needed to re-shingle the portion of our roof that the solar panels would be mounted on. I think this is a dark spot that most solar installers don't like to discuss too much; that most people have to replace their roofs if it's not a new construction house. That being said, we now have 50yr shingles protected by solar panels that should outlive us. We shouldn't have to worry about our roof ever again. Overall I would definitely recommend ReVision Energy!!

Excellent company to work with. They are employee owned, which made everyone I had contact with invested in what they were doing. We recently put an in law on an existing structure, didn't want panels on the new roof for various reasons. We went with a 12.2 system 40 panels on ground mount, they gave us a couple of options to pick from, explained everything. If we had questions they would get answers back to us. They used ground screws instead of footings, great innovation had them installed in couple of hours. Installers were great to work with, they explained step by step what was going to happen. Had a meeting at end of each day to go over next day's plan. Took about a week to finish everything. Electric bill has been cut significantly. Would highly recommend using them. Took a while to get them here, they are that busy.

Loved working with ReVision Energy! They are so professional. We had a major issue with our vinyl siding contractor which delayed the final installation of our solar panels. ReVision was patient and encouraging. OMG. Just for this month alone, the energy we have produced from these panels is the equivalent of planting 17 trees! I have NEVER been so pleased with a home improvement project. We had a solar array and a high efficiency hot water heater installed.

We talked to a couple of Solar installers - but chose ReVision first because of system price - but also they had the most non-invasive way to anchor the ground mounted array behind the roof of our earth-sheltered passive solar house. ReVision used ground screw anchoring for our 11.52 kW array and avoided the "jersey barrier" anchor the other installer needed to employ. The ReVision crews were efficient and fun and the array went up with absolutely no issues. We also LOVE the ReVision mission and all they are doing to advance solar energy in New England.

I can say this about ReVision Energy - Of the various contractor and service personnel I've had they are by far the most professional I have ever encountered. From initial consultation to design, installation and even on my one (minor) service call, they were always polite and attentive. In an era when service personnel think nothing of arriving late, they always called on approach, cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis and often asked if I had any questions. In the design phase they were flexible enough to take my suggestion of adding more PV panels by reconfiguring their layout. Balancing this, they actually advised against a further addition of a whole new section of roof panels as being unnecessary and not cost effective. In that behavior they acted as a trusted advisor - the highest compliment I can give a contractor. I highly recommend them and have done so with one neighbor plus a friend, both of whom have contracted with ReVision as well.

So far the PV system and the HP Water Heater are performing satisfactorily.  We are very pleased with them and with ReVision's service.  As we said before, we were impressed by their crews, they were professional, competent, and friendly.  I also very much appreciated them being on top of the details, facilitating the forms and information about the filing of permits and rebates, and their prompt response.  Overall, we were very satisfied with ReVision and we try to spread the word wherever we go.

I found ReVision Energy to be a very professional company. Their workers arrive on the job at the time scheduled and do very good quality work. All of the equipment has been the latest technology and performed well. I was impressed with their care in working with an old house and finding creative alternatives for working around beams and tight spaces with the sensitivity of maintaining the historic qualities of the structure.

I spoke with two other solar companies, and Revision provided much more detailed information and just seemed more experienced and knowledgeable. Every person I interacted with at Revision was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. It was just a great customer service experience end-to-end. I started looking into solar mainly because I was interested in backup power for grid outages. I ended up with a 10 KW DC solar array backed up by two Tesla Powerwalls that provide 26 KWH of backup power. The cost of installing the two Powerwalls was comparable to what I would have spent installing a gas generator and a propane tank, and I would have had to keep buying propane and maintaining the generator. Also, propane tanks are not all that pretty. The system itself has exceeded expectations. At the risk of sounding like a solar nerd, I'm going to mention some numbers, because I think it might help people who are trying to decide how workable a solar system really is. On average our house uses about 35 KWH per day. It's highest in the summer with two central air systems running, probably about 50-60 KWH per day, and a little less in the spring and fall with the heat/hot water boiler running less often. So far I think we hit about 60 KWH from the solar array on one really sunny day, and the low was 6.3 KWH on one really dark, cloudy day (although production is usually pretty good even on a cloudy day, like around 20 KWH). But in general between the solar and the batteries we're off the grid most of the time, which I wasn't expecting. I'm also impressed with how early in the morning the solar panels start generating power when the sun is still relatively low in the sky (and on the other side of the roof). Thanks to the Tesla app, at this point I know how much power pretty much everything in the house uses, which is useful for figuring out the best settings for summer and winter -- but my wife really wants me to stop talking about it.

My partner Crispin and I are building a new passive home in Sedgwick and contracted privately with RE for the solar. We are not finished with construction yet, but today the panels began making power so it seemed like the day to send this message. We could not be more pleased nor satisfied with all of our experiences with the company. To a person, everyone we have interacted with has been professional, respectful, and friendly with excellent communication skills. They all exhibit competence and efficiency, and installation work is precise and clean. I am sure you know how tangled and frustrating construction can be, so to have such a stress-relieving bright spot could not be more welcome or appreciated. Bravo and thanks to everyone!

We are absolutely in love with our system. Couldn't possibly be happier. Every chance I get to tell people about ReVision Energy I do so. The quality of your work is evident to anyone I show off the system to, and I am looking forward to many years of hot water powered my electrons from the sun. We generated over 4700 kilowatts above our use for the year, how can you hate that?
