Drive Electric. Charge with Sunshine. 

We're teaming up with one of our favorite local, mission-driven businesses to make driving electric even better. If you’ve been thinking about an EV, now’s the perfect time: when you buy a used EV from North Hampton, NH-based Green Wave, you can pair your car with a solar array designed to cover its charging needs. That means clean energy, cost savings, and zero worries about rising electric bills.

With this offer, the answer is no. Instead of paying more to the utility, you’ll generate your own power from the sun, and charge your EV for free.

"When people drive home their first EV from Green Wave, it marks a transition in how they get their fuel; now it comes from their home power supply, not a gas station," says Jesse Lore, Founder of Green Wave. How Does It Work? 

1. Buy an electric vehicle (EV) from Green Wave in North Hampton, NH. Congrats on driving electric! 
2. Your Green Wave representative will create a package add-on in the system and collect a fully refundable $1,000 deposit from you. Green Wave will hold this deposit until ReVision Energy can do a site visit.
3. You meet with a ReVision Energy Solar Designer at your home, and they perform a free site visit to determine if solar will work at your house. 
4. If, after meeting with ReVision, you decide you don't want to move forward with the project, Green Wave will return your entire deposit. 
5. If you move forward with the project, ReVision takes your deposit. You decide, with the help of ReVision's design team, if you want to finance your system through Clean Energy Credit Union's 12-year loan option, or pay in cash. 
6. Your solar electric system is installed, your EV charges using the energy generated, and you are Driving on Sunshine! 

The Fine Print

This offer is designed to support an EV averaging 3.5 miles/kWh for 12,000 miles per year.

It is available to all Green Wave customers living within 1 hour of a ReVision Energy branch (North Andover or Westfield, MA, Brentwood or Enfield, NH, and Portland or Montville, ME). The project depends on site feasibility for solar. 

The package leverages a 12-year Clean Energy Credit Union loan that covers the PV system to offer the customer a low monthly price for driving green. The specifics of the loan rate and vendor are subject to change due to future market considerations.
