This past year the Jordan Institute has used a Jane’s Trust grant to examine the performance of a dozen multi-family housing projects in New Hampshire. Most of these were newly constructed a year ago while a few were older buildings undergoing energy upgrades. Though most are not LEED certified, a handful of them are. Come learn what they learned: what’s working well and what isn’t and where the new building codes and housing standards are taking us in the near future. They will share actual performance data as well as operational issues discovered.
Directly following the presentation the Jordan Institute will be giving a tour of the McLane Audubon Center – a LEED Gold building where they served as the consultant and project manager.
