The transition to a clean energy economy continues, with ReVision’s 2016 contribution consisting of nearly 1,000 individual solar arrays and supplemental projects including heat pumps, water heaters, electric vehicle chargers and battery backup systems. We have well over 5,000 clean energy projects installed over Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts now!
Here are some Solar “Fun Facts” from 2016:
A few bonus “Fun facts” –
- Our new solar foundations (ground mount) division installed roughly 3300 total earth screws & posts in 66 projects from Massachusetts to Maine!
- We closed 2016 with over 150 employees, year on year growth of 20%, mirroring solar’s national employment trend of growing at about 20% annually (solar currently employs more than 200,000 people nationwide and 1 out of 84 new jobs are a solar job).
- Our employees completed more than 1,000 volunteer hours for non-profits across our region ranging from trail clean-up, to preparing meals for the needy, to installing solar energy systems.
Thank you to our diverse customers and dedicated staff. We couldn’t make this energy transition without you!
