Beth Arnold (she/her) is the Curriculum Specialist in the ReVision Energy Training Center, ReVision's innovative workforce development arm. Beth joined ReVision Energy as the Montville Technical Service Coordinator for the Service Department, initially in 2021. ReVision Energy’s business model, vital mission and amazing employees were all a strong draw to Beth as she looked to change her work path.
Ever since she was young, playing in the woods and waterways of Wisconsin, Beth has been engaged outdoors, as a way to explore and in order to stay physically and emotionally centered. She relocated to Maine in 2006 and finds many similarities between the good people of WI and ME; exceptional local food scene, amazing year-round outdoor pursuits and friendly neighbors. However, she is surely a “Cheesehead” through and through.
While Beth’s experience in the burgeoning solar industry has been limited, her history with experiential learning, group dynamics and development and training models is vast. She received an undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin- Madison and her Master's in education – focusing on Educational Leadership- from Antioch University- New England. She came to ReVision Energy via Unity College, Project Adventure, The American Youth Foundation and Voyageur Outward Bound. Beth is committed to helping learners explore their passions and help them achieve their academic and career goals.
In her spare time, she enjoys being active with friends, listening to live music, playing and exploring with her pets, working with her hands, camping, paddling, biking and teaching outdoor skills.
