Continuous Service for You, Your Home, & Your Family
Our Service Team is committed to supporting our residential customers with all of their solar installations and related solar technology projects. Whether your system was installed last month or last decade, our team has the know-how and experience to keep it in optimal condition. Our Solar Design Specialists, Operations gurus and top notch Installers do everything in their power to set you up for success, but we don’t expect you to be an expert once the installation is complete. That’s what our team is here for!
Remote, Virtual, & Onsite Support
Our teams holds a breadth of knowledge across all the technologies we install. We’re here to answer your questions, troubleshoot problems remotely, or deploy our highly skilled field service technicians to make an onsite visit. Home Solar Products Expertise
Our skilled team of licensed and apprentice electricians, plumbers, and HVAC specialists service the systems we installed in the early days of solar hot water, to the electric vehicle technology being installed today. Our Service Team offers service for the following home solar products:
- Residential PV: Our PV team services solar electricity systems (SolarEdge, SMA, Enphase, Fronius, Generac).
- Residential solar tech: Our PV team services solar battery storage (Tesla Powerwall, Generac) and electric vehicle chargers (ClipperCreek, Tesla, Chargepoint).
- Residential heating and cooling: Our thermal team services solar hot water systems (Apricus evacuated tubes and flat plate collectors), heat pump water heaters (Stiebel Eltron, Ruud), and air source heat pumps (Mitsubishi and Fujitsu).

Commercial Operation & Maintenance
Tailored, Site-Specific Service
For our commercial customers, ReVision Energy has pioneered a full-service mechanical contracting approach to the design and installation of various complementary clean energy technologies. Our in-house Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Service Team actively monitors the hundreds of commercial solar energy systems installed throughout northern New England, including the dozens of large-scale municipal projects we have installed to date and numerous systems owned by third-party investors.
Certified Industry Expertise
Our O&M technicians (certified master electricians) all have multiple years of experience installing and maintaining solar energy systems and have access to the resources of an organization with hundreds of years of combined solar experience. Our team is also a member of the Amicus Operations & Maintenance Cooperative, granting additional expertise and support to our commercial customers.
Dedicated Service Packages
While solar is typically a low-maintenance technology, an O&M service package for your solar energy system can offer added security to protect the quality and longevity of your clean energy investment. Our service packages provide varying levels of remote monitoring and troubleshooting, and system inspections to ensure your solar system is performing at peak efficiency. Our annual production reports provide an overview of how your system is performing compared to modeled projections.
O&M packages are an optional feature that commercial customers can select for additional costs. All of our O&M packages include the following services:
- Annual mechanical and electric site inspections
- Annual production reports
- Monthly monitoring of your systems
- Guaranteed response time for issues that arise
- Remote troubleshooting
