Via The Eagle Tribune, ReVision Energy installed four charging stations that can accommodate all kinds of electric vehicles in downtown Derry, NH.

“This is something that has been in the works for years,” said Public Works Director Michael Fowler at an earlier meeting, adding the prospect of bringing the electric chargers to town also piqued the interest of many wanting to support the town’s economic development prospects.

That includes supporting the downtown’s restaurants, shops and other businesses that are less than 300 feet from the charging stations.

Fowler said both the town’s Net Zero Task Force and Energy/Environmental Advisory Committee strongly supported the project as well as the Town Council, making it one of the group’s action items.
