ReVision Energy is proud to announce that we've opened our fourth office, located in Concord, New Hampshire. The office is at 14 Dixon Avenue, in close proximity to several clean tech organizations as well as the State House and downtown businesses.
ReVision's presence in New Hampshire has increased dramatically in recent years - from one employee in Exeter in 2010 to thirty-five today - and the Concord office will enable us to help more people reduce fossil fuel consumption and carbon pollution.
The new office will provide work space for a sales team, operations staff and a government relations division headed by Jack Ruderman, formerly Director of the Sustainable Energy Division of the New Hampshire Public Utilities Commission. By locating the office closer to the western and northern regions of the state, ReVision will recognize operational efficiencies that will help the company reduce vehicle miles traveled, which in turn will reduce our own carbon footprint.
New Hampshire's solar market is rapidly growing, and ReVision continues to scale rapidly even as national competitors such as SolarCity and SunRun enter the market. Our commitment to legendary customer service, excellence in engineering, support of local nonprofits and environmental causes, and most of all, an unbeatable group of fun, smart, solar professionals, give us great confidence in our long-term presence in the Granite State. We expect up to create up to 50 new jobs in the Concord area over the next 3 years.
While we have our roots in Maine, we are quite honored to have had a warm welcome to New Hampshire. This includes recognition by New Hampshire Business Magazine for the past two years as a "Ten to Watch" business and as a finalist this year for New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility's Cornerstone Award (also for the second year in a row). In 2014 we were ranked 25 th out of all solar installers in the U.S. by industry-leading Solar Power World magazine.
Join us on Thursday, June 25th, from 2:30 - 4:30 pm for an Open House at the new office (14 Dixon Ave) as well as the other organizations that are part of the Clean Tech Hub (NH Clean Tech Council, CDFA, The Jordan Institute, Resilient Buildings Group, and the NH Sustainable Energy Association). The 25th is the opening day of Concord Market Days Festival, so there will be many more reasons to visit downtown Concord - food, music, vendors, children's activities, and more!
