ReVision Energy has an in-house service department, committed to ensuring you get the most out of your ReVision installed system for years to come. Rather than use third-party services as many other solar companies do, ReVision has built a talented and cost-effective team of renewable energy experts who are well-versed with the systems we design and have developed close relationships with the manufacturers whose products we install.
Every branch of ReVision has a dedicated team of Certified Service Technicians with decades of collective experience in solar and HVAC. Around-the-clock service means we’re always available. Whether it’s an emergency or a simple question, help is a call away.
We also offer 24/7 phone support, ready to assist you with any urgent issues regardless of warranty status. We can diagnose problems remotely and schedule on-site repairs if necessary.

Every installation comes with two warranties: a workmanship warranty, held by ReVision Energy, and a manufacturer product warranty, held by the manufacturer whose products we are installing.
Workmanship Warranty
Coverage:
For New Hampshire customers, ReVision offers a 10 year workmanship warranty for solar projects. This warranty covers the quality of the installation work, at no cost to the customer. ReVision will repair any issue that can be traced back to the installation process, such as improperly installed footings, wiring issues, or roof penetrations. All operational matters directly related to our work, such as roof leaks in areas where we installed solar panels, are covered under this warranty.
However, our workmanship warranty does not cover labor costs incurred from fulfilling any manufacturer equipment warranties. Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage, costs, losses, and expenses related to energy savings (like utility bills) or accessories (appliances, water damage to furniture, etc.). It also does not cover the following damage to the system or roof from: abuse, improper maintenance, improper operation, modifications to the system not performed by ReVision Energy, weather, animals, normal wear and tear, and third persons.
Manufacturer Product Warranty
Every installation comes with a manufacturer’s limited product warranty for the products we are installing, and this will vary in duration and coverage depending on the manufacturer and product. If you have questions about the manufacturer warranty for your project, your Solar Design Specialist will be happy to review those with you.

Coverage:
This warranty covers equipment defects due to manufacturing, such as panels, inverters, and other equipment. Manufacturer product warranties for your project are outlined in your pricing summary.
Linear Performance Warranty:
Many manufacturers also offer performance warranties, ensuring that the solar panels will not degrade faster than a specified rate over the warranty period (25+ years!). This coverage guarantees that after 25 years, each and every panel will still be producing at least 86% of its original nameplate capacity. Some panels are now offering even more impressive warranties of over 90% of original production after 25 years in the field.
Service Provided by ReVision:
ReVision Energy handles all the service requirements for the equipment warranties of the systems we install. Repairs and maintenance must be performed by authorized technicians or contractors recommended by the manufacturer. In this case, ReVision serves as an authorized service provider. You will not need to deal directly with the manufacturer. Our service department coordinates with manufacturers to process warranty claims and facilitate the application process for replacement components.
Enhanced Warranty (Optional Add-On)
ReVision Energy offers an exclusive Enhanced Warranty to our customers for PV and Heat Pump projects. This product offers peace of mind, knowing that if an unexpected issue pops up, we’ve got you covered.
Coverage:
If purchased, the Enhanced Warranty covers labor and small materials costs to investigate or replace defective materials or equipment that are not covered by our Workmanship Warranty. Major components are covered by Manufacturer’s Limited Product warranties. The enhanced warranty ends on the same date as the workmanship warranty. If the owner does not purchase the enhanced warranty, they assume all labor costs for troubleshooting or replacing defective equipment.
The Enhanced Warranty product excludes coverage for material/equipment defects (this is covered by manufacturers), damage from nature, animals, misuse, or non-workmanship issues, labor for siding/roofing work unrelated to workmanship defects, non-labor costs like permits, rentals, consultants, claims involving system performance or savings.
Workmanship and Manufacturer Warranty Overlaps
Labor Costs:
If any issue arises due to our workmanship on site at the time of installation, labor and parts are completely covered under ReVision’s Workmanship Warranty.
The manufacturer’s limited product warranty covers the equipment but not the labor to fix problems.
ReVision’s Enhanced Warranty covers the labor to diagnose, repair or replace faulty equipment.
Post-Warranty Repairs:
After the workmanship warranty, and/or Enhanced Warranty expires, you’ll need to cover labor costs for repairs under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s product warranty will still cover replacement parts.
