Each year, the system will generate roughly 43,985 kilowatt-hours (kWhs) of electricity, offsetting the equivalent of over 76,000 miles driven in a gas-powered car.
The Town of Stratham financed the 36.6 kilowatt array through a Power Purchase Agreement , allowing them to be cash-flow positive from day one, with the opportunity after 6 years to purchase the array and have all electricity produced from the array for free.
