The Woodlands – Lebanon, NH solar energy project installed by local employee-owned contractor ReVision Energy

Due to the generosity of an anonymous donor, Alice Peck Day Lifecare (APD) has installed a 179 kW rooftop solar system at The Woodlands independent living community in Lebanon, NH. The system is anticipated to go live this month and a celebration will be held in the near future.

“We’re overjoyed by what this generous donor has made possible,” shared Cindy Jerome, Executive Director of APD, the parent organization for The Woodlands. “We expect to save about $25,000 a year on our electricity costs and our residents really enjoy knowing we are using renewable energy. It just feels great to be green; that’s a real passion for many of our residents.” she added.

“The Woodlands is home to people who care about the environment and who make good things happen. Our anonymous donor feels the same way. As a tree-hugger myself, I’m delighted that Woodlands residents led the way in this important project.”

Their 511-panel array will create more than $800,000 in savings in its working life, and eliminate more than 220,000 pounds of carbon pollution annually for the next 40+ years.
