We're Experienced, Full Service Solar Installers
Since 2003, we've grown from two co-founders in a garage, to over 400 dedicated employees across five locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Along the way we have gained a deep track record of experience working on every kind of solar project imaginable. We've seen (and installed) it all: tricky layouts on historic houses, cutting-edge, net-zero new builds, capped landfills, ground mounts into ledge, and every variety of roof one is likely to encounter in New England.

We come from a wide variety of backgrounds... from the trades to advanced educational fields, veterans, schoolteachers, off-gridders, multi-generation New Englanders, recent arrivals, and all points in between. Our unifying connection is a desire to improve the environment by building more solar energy and complimentary tech...and to get out and live through our core values everyday.

Every person who works at ReVision operates with an “owner” mindset and receives the benefit of equity built over time. Being an employee-owned business allows us to support and invest in our greatest asset: our people. We are a community that works for each other, for our families, and for the communities we live in. Employee ownership also means we're built for the long-haul -- other solar installers may come and go, but we'll be around to support and service all projects we install for decades to come. Spearheaded by our five committees who are focused on various areas of this work, the initiatives of our JEDI groups are closely aligned with ReVision’s overarching mission, and reflect our dedication to build a better, cleaner, and more just future for all.
