Workmanship Warranty (1 Year)
ReVision Energy warrants its workmanship supplied in connection with charging station equipment purchased from and installed by ReVision. ReVision will repair, at no cost to the customer, equipment sold to the customer by ReVision in accordance with the terms of the equipment manufacturer's warranty. After 1 year, ReVision shall service warranties of manufacturers of equipment sold to the customer by ReVision but the customer shall be responsible to pay the cost of standard labor rates. This is typically directed via our service department.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Service
Our Service department is a certified installer and maintenance provider for all of the hardware/charging networks we install. Often basic chargers are simply replaced if under warranty, with a modest removal and shipping fee. Smart charger repair often involves more labor and materials and will be done in accordance with the terms of any pre-existing O&M agreements we have with specific manufacturers or smart charging networks.
If we have no pre-existing agreement, we will provide repair using our typical service labor rates, which will be disclosed prior to field work being initiated.
