Contemporary Automotive Solar Project – ReVision Energy
A focus on the work by Contemporary Automotive to go solar with local employee-owned contractor ReVision Energy
From three employees in a trailer to their modern Milford facility amidst five acres of inventory, Contemporary Automotive has gone through quite a growth spurt over the past 30 years. With their 450-panel solar array on the roof and additional energy upgrades – including LED lighting, EV charging stations, and bioretention gardens outside – owners David and Audrey Hammer are saving six figures and bringing in business while achieving their goal of taking care of their customers, their employees, and the environment.
David will talk about their family-owned company’s path to sustainability and success, why they designed their dealership with environmental responsibility in mind, and how their customers feel about a solar-powered car dealership – hint, they feel pretty darn good.

We spoke with 6 companies prior to contracting with ReVision and could not be more pleased. From the initial meeting through the entire contract, scheduling, and installation, they were all top notch.
