Claremont MakerSpace – Claremont, NH Solar Project – ReVision Energy
Claremont MakerSpace – Claremont, NH solar energy project installed by local employee-owned contractor ReVision Energy
Since October 2020, Claremont MakerSpace in Claremont, New Hampshire, has stepped up their commitment to sustainability and implemented more environmentally productive practices, including installing a 178 solar array to offset a portion of their electrical usage. Just like their community-oriented creative space, their approach to energy also focuses on our cooperative relationship with the people and environment around us.
Claremont MakerSpace worked with ReVision Energy’s Enfield-based team to install the 57.9 kilowatt grid-tied solar electric system. When the sun is shining, the solar panels on the roof of their building produce electricity that is either used in real-time in the shared communal workspace, or fed back to the grid where it benefits the Claremont community. The MakerSpace will also earns credits for this surplus energy.
Each year, the system will generate roughly 69,072 kilowatt-hours (kWhs) of electricity, offsetting the equivalent of over 121,100 miles driven in a gas-powered car. To see what the system is producing, both today and across its lifetime, click here: http://enjoy.solar/ClaremontMakerSpace

We spoke with 6 companies prior to contracting with ReVision and could not be more pleased. From the initial meeting through the entire contract, scheduling, and installation, they were all top notch.
