Warm up this fall at the NHSPCA for a tour and discussion about wood heating options for commercial and institutional buildings. Heating with wood can cost 50-60% less than with oil or propane, according to data from the NH Office of Energy and Planning. Charlie Niebling will help explain how the New Hampshire Wood Energy Council can provide advice and direct financial assistance to building officials considering wood as an affordable alternative to expensive and non-renewable heating fuels.

About the Presenter:
Charlie Niebling is a consultant with Innovative Natural Resource Solutions. Previously he has served as general manager of New England a Wood Pellet, Vice President of the Society for the Protection of NH Forests, and Executive Director of the NH Timberland Owners Assn. He has forestry degrees from UVM and Penn State.
