Identifying and Accurately Valuing Energy Efficiency in the Real Estate MarketUSGBC_NH_logo_homepage

Working in the built environment field we often get asked regarding energy efficient upgrades “What will this do for my resale value?” Join us as Jeff Gephart, co-founder of Vermontwise Energy Services, leads this discussion, touching on: energy-efficient score cards and third party verification, educational support for appraisers and realtors, appraisal database tools available, and the greening efforts made by the Northern New England Real Estate Network serving ME, NH, and VT. Jeff will also discuss what proponents of energy efficiency and green building can do in New Hampshire to assist in real estate’s market transformation and outreach efforts.

Please note – Green Eggs is on a Tuesday and not a Wednesday this month!
