Have you wanted to go solar but not been able to due to upfront costs? Or perhaps your roof faces the wrong direction or has too much shade? Do you live in an association where solar panels are not allowed on the roof? If you have the will to install solar but have not yet found the way, ReVision Energy is proud to announce the first of its kind Community Solar Farm project, a model where individual members can get ‘shares’ of a solar array located remotely from their home.
ReVision Energy will be hosting two informational sessions to answer questions about Maine’s initial CSF project,
- Tuesday, June 25th 6pm at Maine Audubon Center 20 Gilsland Farm Road Falmouth, ME
- Wednesday, June 26th 6pm at Old Paris Academy Building Academy Road Paris, ME
Learn the innovative Community Solar Farm model, requirements, and other details on this exciting new program. The CSF project is a ‘proof of concept’ project supported in part by an Efficiency Maine grant. While initial participation will be extremely limited, the aim is to produce a replicable model for more community-supported solar projects in the future.
