fall-hike-five-riversJoin Five Rivers Conservation Trust on Sunday November 1 for an afternoon hike on Concord’s newest trail – between Five Rivers-conserved Dimond Hill Farm and Marjory Swope Park in Concord.

Concord is the Capitol City, but this hike will showcase the vast undeveloped areas in the city. The hike will be 3.5 miles long, primarily through woodland, with some steep sections and roots and rocks long the way. Five Rivers will help you learn about the natural resources along the way. Hikes will leave between noon and 1 pm. Shuttle will be provided to the trailhead & groups will hike back to the parking so you can easily return home when you complete your hike. And of course, there will be light refreshments after your hike. Be sure to keep an eye out for the ReVision Energy table at registration!

$5 Suggested donation. Free T-Shirt for membership sign up on the day of the event.

Space is limited – please RSVP by Wednesday, October 28 at 225-7225 or [email protected]

We will confirm your spot when you RSVP and send full details the week leading up to the event.
