Enjoy an innovative Eco-Home Tour of Bethel/Newry/Shelburne area homes.
The tour route begins at the Mahoosuc Land Trust Office, 18 Mayville Road, Bethel, where tickets go on sale at 12:30PM. Tour homes will be open until 5:30PM and include area homes whose owners have taken advantage of many varieties of alternative energy sources for space heating, lighting, domestic hot water. Homeowners and energy experts will be on site to demonstrate uses of wind, solar, hydro and biomass as alternatives. The cost is $15 per adult and $5 for students.
