Apple cider doughnuts and pumpkin fudge are just a nibble of the delicacies that will be served up when the annual Apple Festival takes place on Saturday, October 6th from 9am to 4pm.
According to Foster’s, the “biggest draws are an apple pie baking contest, a 5K road race, and live entertainment by local bands. There will be dozens of food stands, more than 300 crafters, children’s entertainment, and more. The festival typically draws up to 35,000 visitors… The festival will continue a recent effort to highlight local, “green” products and businesses. A “Green” pavilion comprised of environmentally conscious businesses will highlight their work. And a “Made in New Hampshire” pavilion will feature crafts and products made in the Granite State.”
ReVision Energy will be there to talk about solar options for the home and business. Hope to see you out in Dover!
