Long-term, In-house Operations and Maintenance
For our commercial, municipal, and nonprofit customers, ReVision Energy has pioneered a full-service mechanical contracting approach to the design and installation of various complementary clean energy technologies.
Our highly trained, highly dedicated O&M division actively monitors over 200 commercial projects across Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. This includes dozens of large-scale municipal projects we have installed to date and numerous systems owned by third-party investors.
Certified Industry Expertise
Our O&M technicians (certified master electricians) all have multiple years of experience installing and maintaining solar energy systems and have access to the resources of an organization with hundreds of years of combined solar experience. Our team is also a member of the Amicus Operations & Maintenance Cooperative, granting additional expertise and support to our commercial customers.
Dedicated Service Packages
The standard ReVision O&M process is to monitor system performance every month and quickly mobilize service personnel to address any issues. Organizations and municipalities around New England all rely on ReVision for maintenance services on their solar systems.
While solar is typically a low-maintenance technology, an O&M service package for your solar energy system can offer added security to protect the quality and longevity of your clean energy investment. Our service packages provide varying levels of remote monitoring and troubleshooting, and system inspections to ensure your solar system is performing at peak efficiency. Our annual production reports provide an overview of how your system is performing compared to modeled projections.
O&M packages are an optional feature that commercial customers can select for additional costs. All of our O&M packages include the following services:
- Annual mechanical and electric site inspections
- Annual production reports
- Monthly monitoring of your systems
- Guaranteed response time for issues that arise
- Remote troubleshooting
