Solar PPA Operations Specialist

The primary responsibility of the PPA Operations Specialist is to improve the overall performance of ReVision Energy’s Solar PPA Program and related activities. Together with administrative staff, the PPA Operations Specialist will be responsible for periodic state and federal filings, ongoing energy billing, REC sales, individual project reporting, and installed system Operations and Maintenance service and reporting. The PPA Operations Specialist will collaborate with engineering, operations and administrative teams to compile and deliver required project documentation to PPA owners in order to meet project payment milestones. The PPA Operations Specialist will work directly with the Outreach Director and Program Manager to develop, plan and implement a PPA lead generation strategy, including the creation of education/sales and marketing materials related to ReVision Energy’s PPA program.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the ongoing financial and administrative operations of PPAs including, energy billing, REC sales, Reporting, State and Federal filings
  • Oversee ReVision’s O&M processes for PPAs
  • Compile and deliver project documentation to PPA investors as projects are constructed.
  • Develop, plan and implement PPA lead generation strategy.
  • Create education/sales and marketing materials related to PPA lead outreach effort

QUALIFICATIONS (required):

Compensation: Full-time hourly with wage dependent on experience – includes benefits (health insurance, retirement, paid holidays and personal time). Human Resource Manager Job Duties:

  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors

Solar Thermal Project Manager/PV Installer

ReVision Energy is looking for a responsible, self-motivated individual eager for an opportunity to join us in the growing renewable energy industry. We are seeking a Solar Thermal Project manager with advanced mechanical aptitude and interpersonal and leadership skills. This position will mostly focus on the management of residential thermal installations, with an opportunity to learn both commercial solar thermal, solar photovoltaic and mini split heat pump technologies. College degree and leadership experience preferred, along with experience in the fields of plumbing, general construction, or HVAC. Positive attitude is a must!
