Evening for the Environment

The Evening is always a great chance to connect with friends and colleagues, enjoy local foods and support Maine Conservation Voters‘ work to turn environmental values into political priorities.

This year’s program will feature a dynamic bi-partisan legislative panel, moderated by MPBN’s Susan Sharon, to discuss key environmental issues at stake in the next legislative session and opportunities to work across party lines to protect Maine’s air, land, water and wildlife.  Panelists include:

  • Senator Chris Rector (R-Thomaston)
  • Senator Seth Goodall (D-Richmond)
  • Representative Bob Duchesne (D-Hudson)
  • Representative Meredith Strang Burgess (R-Cumberland)

ReVision Energy will be attending to discuss how solar energy is part of Maine’s fossil-independent future.
